Did Nortel Break U.K. Employment Laws?

As Nortel has gone through its bankruptcy protection process, it has has laid off hundreds of employees around the world, including the U.K. U.K. employees are complaining that the proper procedures haven’t been followed and that employment laws have been ignored and that laws have been broken.
