About

Mark Evans This blog, which is focused on all things Nortel, is written by Mark Evans.

I run a digital communications, marketing and social media consulting firm called ME Consulting that provides companies with strategic and tactical services, mostly to start-ups looking for someone who can provide bang for the buck.

AAN covers everything from analyst ratings/recommendations and financial results to contract wins and Nortel’s social media activities. As far as I know, it’s only blog devoted to Nortel – other than the company’s own blogs – and it has a rather large following within Nortel. (Note: I have never owned Nortel shares.)

I’m an experienced entrepreneur – three startups and counting – and I spent more than 10 years writing about technology (mostly the Internet and telecom) for the National Post, Bloomberg News and the Globe & Mail.

I write two other blogs: Mark Evans Tech and Twitterrati.

I’m also one of the organizers of the mesh and meshU conferences in Toronto.
