In Section 3.3: Financing it shows that Avaya had unrestricted cash on their balance sheet of $530 Million as of June 30th with an additional $200 Million available through revolving credit facilities.<br><br>If another organization has interest in Avaya there is now clear information on available cash and how another organization could potentially structure a bid to effectively eliminate Avaya from participating. There is an interesting tidbit in the Sale Agreement file with the courts yesterday.
