China-based Huawei Technologies has reportedly appointed a former Nortel (NYSE:NT) executive, Tim Watkins, as its Vice President of Huawei Western Europe. Watkins, Huawei said, will be responsible for sales and marketing in the region, as well as strategic planning for leading European operators. Watkins worked for Nortel Networks, as the company's North EMEA president.

What "fact-based and realistic update" would you accept, as such, beyond Nortel is a recognized leader in delivering communications capabilities that enhance the human experience, ignite and power global commerce, and secure and protect the nation's most critical information.

Are any Nortel geniuses gonna show, or are they too busy? Doing what? Nortel is well on the right track to recovery. They could've hosted a few lunch and learns by now. Trying to save a buck or two, are they? Is the Club wired out with ozone-depleting Cisco gear? What?

i think, MP will put a much higher value to CDMA to win the only auctioned BU, CDMA and LTE Access and then the judge will not permit to sell the other divisions so we can say MP' s bid may be around 1 or 2 B can cover all the units not to be sold to other parties. So this means they will gain the auction by putting an astronomic value to CDMA and then in formality barricade the other units selling off possibilities(this means they are worth only 1$)
