I guess they would have to trump the stalking horse bid and allow NSN to come back with one higher, then the other people's money they are gambling with would have to in turn agree to trump NSN's second bid too is it went that far... not sure but I can't see them convincing others to invest for NSN to have top raise their bid. I may be wrong but that's a lot of cash to pay debtors to take on a risk.
