One post I read summed it up nicely - if your senior management/BOD's ask for handouts, then they need to be fired. Isn't that what free enterprise is all about? Accountability, albeit fiscal accountability, for your actions? Screw up and you go broke - and I don't see it happenin' for the VP's and up. It's nice working for the tax payers instead of stock holders.
