		<description>That&#039;s the aileron that&#039;s in the up position at the end of the wing, and it means the plane is turning, or beginning to turn,  to the left.  And those are the flaps that are being deployed, or retracted,  inboard of the wing.  Spoilers are on the top of the wing and none are shown deployed in that picture.</description>
