I can address #2 – yes, that's Soho. It took me a long time to decide a on a new theme but I will get around to a new header image soon. (I think!)

2 things: 1) Stock is seriously undervalued, but there is no market confidence in this sector (unless your name is Cisco), so until market is better, no chance of buying groceries with this. 2) Is that Soho in the background?
