How Low Can NT Go?

With Nortel touching another record low of $6.25 last week, the question is how low can the stock go? With tougher economics conditions, particularly in the U.S., carriers being increasingly careful, and the competition landscape getting even more intense, can Nortel turn the tide?

Here’s some sobering food for thought: At the peak of the telecom boom in 2000, Nortel had a market capitalization of more than $300-billion. Today, it’s $2.7-billion.

Well, pre-split I bought 10,000 at $0.52, sold early (after doubling) and made some money, maybe it's time to gamble again.

That is, if I believed in the company's future - I don't anymore.
