		<description>I support the marginal view because Nortel is overloaded with the type of administrative value that Haydon contributed to Nortel.  I would think any of the GE recruits could handle that role.  Six Sigma is very appropriate for that kind of function and the leader doesn&#039;t have to be a subject matter expert in Nortel&#039;s business to add value.</description>

		<description>I believe to the contrary of the quoted statement.  The old executives leaving is a good sign, it means that either they aren&#039;t able to deal with the necessary changes to move the company forward, or aren&#039;t able to do what is needed.</description>
