Alcatel-Lucent Gets Cricket Love Too
By Mark Evans | July 11, 2007
Cricket Communications is clearly spreading the wireless love around.
In addition to awarding contracts to Nortel ($135-million) and Huawei (undisclosed), the company also gave Alcatel-Lucent a $126-million contract to supply it with CDMA200 and EV-DO Rev A equipment.
Looks like we could have a CDMA showdown between Nortel, Huawei and Alcatel. Let’s see who chirps the loudest and best for more business (pun totally intended!)
