You have to feel for ex-Nortel CEO Frank Dunn. He lost his dream job amid an accounting scandal, and now has to contend with three lawsuits against him by the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Ontario Securities Commission and Nortel. “Three proceedings related to one thing, that’s not fair,” Dunn’s lawyer Thomas Heintzman told Bloomberg after a 10-minute OSC hearing in Toronto, which was held to decide – among other things – to decide on a date to set another date for a hearing.
