		<description>Just heard that BCE&#039;s communications leader Ron Alepian will be joining Nortel as VP, Communications in the New Year.  If so, big loss for Bell and a great gain for Nortel.  Will really give a boost to an already strong team at Nortel. Have you heard anything to confirm?</description>
