		<description>It&#039;s interesting wording in the story. Western Telecommunication-equipment Makers supposed monopoly was never going to last. I remember being told China-telecom as a condition of a sale of GSM product wanted all the algorythms in the software. Strange, Chinese development did not have the products over the years, however they have spent enough with Western companies to learn and &quot;reverse engineer&quot; a product that will compete and exceed expectations. Western Patents and Copyrights mean nothing to them. To the Victor go the spoils. Maybe someday, we will buy and reverse-engineer their products for a change.</description>
