Perhaps most interesting about the settlement agreement is the active role played by Mike Z., who met with plaintiffs earlier this week in New York and gave them a 15-minute presentation about Nortel’s strategic vision. This is something the investment community has been awaiting since Mike Z. took the reigns of Nortel in mid-November. I suspect we’ll get our first glimpse of grand vision when Nortel posts its Q4 results soon.
